Can you recommend some body building full body routines?

Stick with some good power movements to put on some good muscle mass. Bench presses put on great mass throughout the chest and shoulders. Squats are great for putting mass on your legs, but will promote mass throughout your whole body. DO dead lifts for leg, back, and over all body mass.

The best one is from Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" - you should read that book if you can. But the basic idea is that you should Squat, Deadlift, Shoulder Press (or Bench Press), and do Pull ups. If you do those and keep increasing the weights and/or reps each time, you will have an amazing full body workout.

An excellent full body workout routine involves working each body part in succession without stopping to rest until all body parts have been worked. Between sets you should rest briefly and then repeat the process.

Cardio mixed with weight lifting rotations is the best full body workout. Lift weights 3 or 4 days a week, rotating muscle groups (arms, chest, back, etc. ) and doing a good 30 minute or more cardio workout on the off days. Be careful not to overtrain any muscle group.
