Yes, in a 50+ gallon tank but if the tank also contains fish then she is going to eat them. Red eared sliders are really dirty and require daily feedings, good filtration and they need to be able to climb out of the water so they can dry off and bask under UVA/UVB lighting and heat lamps during the day.

In a typical tropical fish tank, the turtle might not do well. The water is too deep, and too warm. There is no dry land, and the light may be too warm for the turtle. A red eared slider could live in a fish tank with a lower water level and a rock to rest on.

Yes, but they have to have places to get out of the water. You will need a GREAT filter for the tank. They will eat any fish in the tank and they will stink if the water is not cleaned at least twice a week. There are several ways to set up a tank for the turtles depending on size.

The red-eared slider is a semi-aquatic turtle belonging to the family Emydidae. It is a subspecies of pond slider. Red eared sliders can not be put in fish tank because Red eared sliders eat fish that are smaller then their heads, and will nibble on them if the are bigger

Turtles eat fish, and have different habitat needs than fish, notably to climb and rest upon. You can use an aquarium to create the habitat, but only add feeder fish.

Your turtles should enjoy eating the fish in your tanks, and should become very healthy from all that fresh food. If you don't intend to use your fish as a source of food for your turtles, you had better have separate facilities for your fish and your turtles. Also, remember that turtles will need dry land in any tank.

Yes but female sliders can grow to be very large and will eat small fish. I recommend you place them in a secure pond.

No. Red eared sliders are aggressive towards smaller fish. They eat pellets, but will definately eat your fish if put together.
