Marrying under a false name is deceitful and would include makeing a false statement on your notarized marriage license application. Your only legal option would likely be to petition the court in your jurisdiction for a legal name change.

No, because you need proof of identification when you apply for your marriage license. Also, if you are under the age of consent, you will need to have your parents sign a document saying that they allow you to get married. As well as even if you got married under a false name, it would be null and void.

You cannot. When you apply for a marriage license, you must show proof of your identity, including a photo i. d. and birth certificate.

Under current law it is not possible to marry under a false name. Proof of identity has to be shown before a marriage certificate can be issued.
