One way you can do this is to print out the picture you want onto iron-on paper. Then you just iron it onto the bag! (Make sure the bag is made of material that can be ironed!)

There are lots of companies online (and even a few shops) who will make one for you from a photo. If you have an embroidery machine you can turn the photo into a design and sew it on. Alternatively, get a plain bag and an inkjet transfer sheet - print your design and iron it onto the bag.

Sure you can! There are some shops that can turn photos into iron-on decals for fabric. There are also some printers that allow you to do it at home.

You can start by finding some good quality iron on paper. Then you will need to find a canvas bag or tote that is blank. They come in white jean material. You pick the image you wish to print, you have to choose mirror image on the settings and then print and iron on your bag.
