Absolutely. Bracelet charms are easy to make and they're much cheaper if you do them on your own as opposed to purchasing pre-charmed bracelets. The materials depend completely on what you want to the bracelet to look like, but your local bead store (most towns have them) should have a large inventory of materials to choose from.

Bracelet charms can be made with the use of clay. You simply have to purchase the clay at a crafts store. You start out by shaping the clay into a design of your choice. When you are happy with this heat it in the oven or microwave until it hardens.
