Yes, you may keep a baby squirrel as a pet as it is not recommended though. You have to keep them very warm. Wrapping them in a blanket will not keep them warm enough you will need a heater and feed them with a special bottle that is made for there size.

As with most animals, you can keep almost anything as a pet, but it is not wise to keep a wild animal as a pet, due to thier wild instincts.
