It is not recommended to house parakeet and lovebirds in the same cage. Especially because the lovebirds are in a pair, they can be very territorial against the parakeet.
Most birds can be housed together, including parakeets and lovebirds. If you notice bald patches on your bird that they couldn't have plucked themselves, stop for awhile.
