Can you help me with troubleshooting a car remote program for a Town and Country?

Enter your vehicle and press the LOCK 5 times on remote waiting 2 seconds in between each press. Next, start your car and press and hold the UNLOCK button for 5 seconds, press and hold PANIC button while holding UNLOCK. Release both at same time and wait for a chime.

The car remotes on these newer models can only be repaired, reprogramed, or replaed at the dealership. They often have to be sent to the factory to resolve the prooblem. In this case they will lend you a universal one that will be programed only for your vehicle.
