I would need to know what the car is doing wrong before diagnosing the problem. I can't help you without knowing the symptoms and any corrective action already taken. Sorry.

You're question is fairly vague, what are the symptoms of your car trouble? A general over-view however i may be able to help if that's what you're looking for. Check the battery, Check your fluids, freon, Gasoline, brake fluid. Make sure you have a good connection on your battery.

Kias are alway greatly known to have poor part quality. You wanna find out what the symptoms is on the car first or get a free dianostic check at auto zone or O'Reillys, Buy and ask for best quality parts for this vehicle. Check battery, fluids, freon, Gasoline, brake fluid.

Kia's are very well known for their poor part quality, so locate a Haynes manual and figure out which parts you need. Go to autozone or O'Reillys and buy the best quality parts available, otherwise you will have to keep replacing parts on your Kia Rio. Forums are a great place to find troubleshooting problems and solutions.
