The best way to do a rebuild on these types of bikes is to order the rebuild kit straight from the dealer.

I assume that you want advice not actual help. You will need to take about the Techseh's motor to get at the carberator. Actually in the V60 model there are two fuel injected carberetors, one on each side of the piston block. Remove them and get replacement parts, once out it goes pretty easy to rebuild it.

You should be able to purchase a carburetor re-build kit at a local auto parts dealer or online. These kits include all the parts you need for the rebuild as well as the step by step instructions on how to do the rebuild. Make sure that you do the re-build in an area that has good ventilation.
