You dont. The solenoid is internal inside the transmission and needs to be disassembled to get at the solenoid. It will require replacement, or replacement of the whole solenoid pack depending on the vehicle. If you don't know what you're doing I recommend you finding a competent transmission repair facility.

The over drive solenoid is an internal sensor.You need to take the transmission out and disassemble After the transmission is disassemble you are able to reach the solenoid. Make sure you have correct rebuilt kit for your truck.I recommend that you take your truck to a auto shop to do it if you do not know what you are doing.

You can not rebuilt the overdrive solenoid. The reason is it is internal inside of the transmission. Depending on the make of your truck, replacing your solenoid means you will have replace the transmission completely.

The overdrive solenoid is located on the transmission . Go buy a kit that allows you to rebuild the solenoid .

it's simple process rebuilding the overdrive solenoid,the damaged one will be melted at it's coil part or the iron part just change the damaged one
