Can you help me troubleshoot my Toshiba computer USB drive?

If your USB port is not working properly then it may be your USB driver. One solution would be to go to the Toshiba website and download the USB driver for your computer. If you install the driver and it is still not working it may be a hardware issue.

What is the nature of the problem? Try connecting it to a different USB port, if it works then it is your USB port that is malfunctioning.

The U S B drive must first be checked for proper connection, make sure plugs are in proper areas. take very close attention that all plugs are secure and in the proper inlet. The next step is to make sure your file name is is under the proper application. Then all will work.

I have suffered the same problem in my laptop. The method that i did in having it back was just simply download and install the driver for the USB drive.
