The most common failure causing the fan to not run is the relay under the fan shroud. The fan itself is a one piece unit and is not servicable.

Well, generally if the electric fan is not working, you may need a replacement. I've heard of the case where these fans die out quickly and only solution is replacement.

I'll give you a few suggestions. First, Are the cables firmly attached to your battery? If not enough power is transmitting it will cause parts to stop working. Second, do you have enough freon in your tank?

It should not be hard to figure out what is going on with it. Do you have power going to it, check fuses? whats wrong with it?

It's a good idea to get a good repair manual in order to located wires and components. Start by making sure your temperature sensor as well as your fan relay works with a multimeter. Also make sure the fan itself works by connecting it straight to the battery. Finally, check your fuse in the fuse panel.
