Can you help me troubleshoot a Chrysler Town and Country that failed its cool down test?

Check to see if the fans are working. Make sure coolant level is good, radiator cap and thermostat should be changed. Also check for coolant leaks.

Pull the spark plugs, is there white residue on any of the plugs? If so, then you have coolant getting into the combustion chamber via the head gasket, intake gasket, or crack head.

It is probably the radiator or the fan is not working. The best thing to do is take it to Auto Zone and they can tell you which one.

You have to have that done by a grage or a dealer ship other wise the computer will not give you a diagnoses. For more information on this you can do a web search and it will give you all the details you need to make an informed decission on this.

I would first check the sensors that are used to measure the temperature of the vehicle. One of these main sensors is located on the radiator. Also check the radiator for any leaks or fluid issues.
