Yes, in fact the majority of commercially sold bamboo is for indoor use. Many times it is braided or otherwise made to look decorative. Bamboo can be grown in a vase or bottle of plain water, or in a container filled with rocks and water. In some cultures it is considered lucky to have in the home.
