Can you give me tips on how to write an approved hardship letter for my father?

Make sure you include why your father is experiencing the hardship. For example, if your father just lost his job or was injured while at home, state it. But don't be too syrupy with the details; the basic facts should do. Then state how your father would benefit from this particular service.

Make sure you stick to facts that can be verifiable. Don't make it sappy or try to make it sound too sad. This may backfire. State your father's case and start from the beginning detailing how he came to be in the situation he is in. Also if you have any proof make copies and sent it too.

Most importantly, follow the form, be fairly formal, and use proper grammar and spelling as well as an emotional appeal.
