Yes. You can go to your car manufacturer's local dealership and order one direct from the parts department, or order an OEM one online.

you can buy a replacement gas tank but the problem might not be with the gas tank if your having a fuel proble it might be a bad fuel pump

Well in most cases you can purchase a replacement fuel tank. Sometimes you can buy a brand new one but most time you will have to get one off another car or from a salvage yard. If you do this though be sure to clean it out thoroughly and install a new fuel strainer.
