Is this really a scam?

A car must have a diesel engine to run on biodiesel fuel. Parts of the fuel system may have to be replaced on a diesel engine to run biodiesel.

Only diesel engines can run bio-diesel. Most diesel vehicles can easily be changed or may not need to be changed at all. Gas car must have the engine changed.

a biodiesel conversion can only be done on existing diesel powered vehicles. This is not a scam, but requires somewhat of an investment to begin

You can convert just about any diesel vehicle to run on biodiesel. Gasoline engines will not run on bio-diesel. To convert a gasoline powered vehicle it would require installing a diesel engine. On a diesel vehicle you just replace parts of the fuel system.

Not on any car. Most vehicles with diesel engines can be converted to run on biodiesel, but if you have a gasoline engine, no.

Firstly the car has to be diesel fuelled. Secondly it has to be slowed down in it's beat, because the biodiesel fires later, than usual diesel fuel. It is to be taken in account, that biodiesel can leave carbon black on the inner side of the cocks, so the valves can get blocked.

The question isn't can you do it, it's WOULD you do it? If you have a diesel car, it can be as simple as simply using biodiesel (this could void a warranty), or changing out some parts. If your car runs on gasoline, you'd need to completely swap out the engine. You COULD do it, but....

Just about any diesel vehicle can be made to run on bio-fuel however a gas engine cannot. This means the engine would have to be changed to a diesel first.

Only diesel powered cars can be converted to biodiesel. Biodiesel acts as a solvent and can deteriorate rubber seals and hoses used in older cars.
