I changed the battery in my car and now my car radio is locked.

Go to Autozone and they will show you how to do it. There should be a switch on the back to reset it.

There's a five digit number in your manual. Some cars, typically Honda: the number'll be on a sticker on the side of your open glovebox. Type it in.

Most radios have a code that you must enter. I believe it is about 5 or 6 number. Might be able to get serial # and call manufacturer.
