Scar tissue is not responsible for vertigo. Vertigo is a type of dizziness felt as a shift in a person's relationship to the normal environment (a feeling that the room is spinning is common)or as a sense of movement in space. The victim may fear standing up and will usually minimize movement to avoid nausea and a feeling of rotation.

Has scar tissue accumulated in your inner ear? Frequently, vertigo is caused by an inner ear infection. You center of balance is based there. Scar tissue shouldn't be causing anything of the sort.
