Yes this is very normal. the cramping occurs because scar tissue is forming thus the scar is healing. This will cramp off and on for up to one year. After that point if still cramping see your doctor

It is completely normal to experience cramping, especially during or around your period. Regardless of a c-section scar being present or not, cramping is a normal occurrence. Heat or certain lotions can be applied to help. Also, one can take medication to reduce or alleviate cramping.

It is highly possible. Thick layers form under the scar and pull on the surrounding area, this causing what feels like a cramp. Scar tissue can develop deep inside the body under any skin that has been cut. This is a common problem in these types of operations.

It depends, how soon since your c-section? Sometimes scar tissue forms and when you move it pulls. If you're experiencing cramping before your period is could be a sign of cysts. Either way call your OB and let them know what's going on.
