Running is a great way to lose fat. Depending on how aggressively you run, you can burn a lot of calories... i think 600 calories burned per hour is the average! The most important thing is to get into a regimen and do it regularly.

yes,running can definately help you for lose body fat.running in morning time is very very beneficial for loose body fat.even i am doin morning jogging from last 2 months and i loose my too much body fats.body is also getting in good shape.it definately increases our fittness
