I don't work for Converse, but I'll bet they do accept submitted ideas. To contact them, use the following address: Converse Inc. ATTN: One High Street North Andover, MA 01845-2601 In your case, you should probably address the ATTN: to "Design Department" or something similar.

It is possible, and there is always a chance that they will take an interest in your new idea for a shoe, but many times companies will reject an idea.

My idea for a new shoe is one that is convertible from a shoe to a boot, the shoe would have the ability to "roll up" to a boot.
