Yes you can but you need a program in order to run the spell check. It requires a PHP spell checker plug in for most cases. There are attachments that can be added to programs like Dream Weaver and other HTML and PHP editing programs since the usual spell checkers don't function as normal.

Yes. You'll need to use a program with that capability built in. One of the best known(and free) is Notepad++

It depends on your development environment (IDE). Most IDEs that I have encountered will detect syntax errors in HTML/PHP but I have not come across one that can do spell-check. You can probably finalize just the text part of it in Word or some other software and then just copy it.

Yes you can. There is an option given above page if you can see 'send' in same line it mentioned spell check.
