What tips can you give me on firstpage HTML editor?

First off, I am going to assume that you are attempting to work with Microsoft FrontPage. and, I would strongly suggest that you learn HTML by hand. The reason being is that you will grasp it and when you need to make a change you can. FrontPage doesn't allow that.

Well there are various HTML editors that help you write your code, the most powerful and handy HTML editor would be notepad++ that is very easy to use.
