Can I re-file for unemployment if I was denied due to insufficient wages in the base year at the time?

You can reapply any time if you think you had sufficient wages now. There is a minimum that has to be met.

If you have done more work since the last time you filed for unemployment and now have reached the minimum level needed please do. Laws and rules vary by law so the best way to find out the answer to your question is to check wiht your states department of workforce development or unemployment office.

Each state has it own laws regarding unemployment. If you are denied based on lack of wages earned in a particular quarter, then you probably need to return to work and earn more money. If you lose that job due to no fault of your own you can add the earnings together to see if you have enough earned income.

Yes, a claim can be refiled with supporting documentation if more income was earned during the reporting period or if it is a new reporting quarter.
