Keeping a rabbit in a cage with bunnies is definitely not recommended. The main reason is because birds have highly sensitive respiratory tracts and the ammonia from rabbit urine may very well cause a serious infection or damage to the bird's sensitive lung tissue. Bidgies also explore their environment with their mouths, and that could injure the rabbit.

No, you should not do that. The budgies will possibly attack the bunny, due to the close proximity of the animals. The bunny may get overly-stressed.
