You can't make true sea glass using a tumbler, but you can make imitation sea glass by placing broken pieces of glass in a tumbler with some water and sand.

Yes you can, grab a chunk of glass (such as an old bottle) and add the high grain sand you can find and tumble it for a couple of weeks.

Yes, you can do this, and there're instructions online to help you. Ehow has an article specific to this. You have to be a bit careful that you don't end up with just nasty bits that will cut your fingers to shreds, but this is a viable craft that others have done successfully.

Since the main things that turn glass into sea glass are sand and water,I think it would be possible to do. I was actually about to start testing this idea myself.
