In most states, you are still their responsibility. However, if you join the military, you will become emancipated. But if you are under 18, you cannot live independently or seek emancipation unless you have an income source like a job. Seek employment and save up money so that you can become independent.

No you can not, you are still your parents responsibility and they can have you brought back in by the local police on a missing persons report.

If you have your parents permission then you can live on your own, at a dorm or other location. If you are married, with your parents permission, then you can live on your own. However, if you do not have their permission they can report you as a runaway and you will be picked up by police and returned home.

Their are various laws depending on what state you are in. For example, in Texas a child can leave their parents house at the age of 17 because they are considered an adult. In order to check these look up the laws for your state on a search engine such as google or bing. Best of luck!

You would have to get emancipated first or your parents have to give up custady of you so you can be on your own. I don't think you can leave with out being emancipated.
