Mollies and goldfish require different temperatures, 60 - 72 degrees for goldfish, and 75-80 for mollies, and won't do well in the same tank. Goldfish also require more water per fish.

It is not a good idea to place Mollies in the same tank as Goldfish. Mollies are considered tropical fish and Goldfish are not. This means that Mollies need a warmer water temperature than the Goldfish. You should not keep fish that require different water temperatures in the same tank. By doing so, you will cause stress to the fish.

You can. Neither is aggressive towards the other. But neither will do as well as if they were separate. The goldfish prefer colder water thanthe mollies do.

It's not a good idea to keep mollies and goldfish together. Goldfish are cool water fish, whereas the tropical mollie needs a warmer environment. There's no happy medium between the temperature ranges where both will thrive.

No, because mollies are tropical fish and prefer warmer water (78-80 degrees), whereas goldfish are not tropical fish and prefer cold water (65-75 degrees).
