While a baby is considered full term at 37 weeks, and induction may be possible, it is typically not advisable to induce simply for discomfort, particularly since the exact date of conception is often difficult to determine. Trust your baby -- he or she will meet you soon!

It's much safer for the baby for you to go full term with the pregnancy. Inducing just because you are tired of being pregnant puts the baby's life in danger.

These days doctors will induce labor two weeks prior to a due date. You can get induced at 39 weeks and the baby would be healthy. However, some people believe in letting nature take its course and having the baby when the baby decides to join the world! Talk to your doctor.

While being induced sounds like a natural remedy to your pregency it is best to allow the doctor to make these decesions. Pregnancy is 40 weeks for a reason and yes even that last week is important to your baby.
