Not necessarily. Every pregnancy is different. Pregnancies last between 38 and 42 weeks. Your baby should drop soon, and talk to your OB if you become more concerned!

My baby hasn't dropped either and my cervix hasn't softened either. Don't stress, you still have 2 weeks left til your actually due anyway! :)

No, some babies drop at different times and your baby may not drop the day you go into labor. Every pregnancy is different and every baby is different. Be patient and know that your baby will come in his or her own time. Pregnancy is different for everyone and things happen at different times.

I would not worry unless your dr is alarmed. However some babies are runnign behind the "schedule". It should start to decend soon if not your dr may schedule a c-section. As long as viatlas are good you should have a healthy delviery.
