Simple answer is yes, but you have to mod the Xbox. If you have the first Call of Duty game, made before they fixed the glitch, you can mod your Xbox. It may be easier to have someone else set it up for you if you have never done this before, because if you mess up, it can get ruined.

It is possible to install Windows on Xbox, however it would require one to use some type of mod-chip to modify their machine which is illegal.

Even though the Xbox does have a hard drive, it can't run the windows operating system. The reason for that is because the code needed to run Xbox games is very different than the code needed to run an operating system. Also, the Xbox is not designed for that.

You cannot install an OS onto an X-Box or 360. However, the 360 is designed to run in sync with a Windows operated PC so that you can easily transfer data between the two through a connection.

An Xbox can run windows but it requires to be modded which can potentially be risky for the system and also voids any guarantee with Microsoft if you ever need repairs done. The Xbox itself runs a Fatx Hard disk which cant be read by Windows so the mod chip gets around that.

No Xbox will not run windows as it is only a console. You are able to hook it up to your computer and use the internet in order to connect to xbox live.
