Yes. You can create a number counter in Excel by selecting the cell which you intend to display the count, selecting the function box near the top, and entering the code for counting in the box. If you do not know how to code, simply click on the function button (Fx) and search for a counting function.

Yes, this is easily possible. You can type in some numerbers in a column and drag them down with the little rectangle. As hotkeys you can try the following hot keys: try alt-b and alt-t OR try STRG-U. There are different Excel versions for which these hotkeys should be valid.

Yes you can create counter number on excel, in microsoft excell 2003 you can go to tools and click macro visual basic editor but you must know the script of counter on visual basic script an then paste script to visual basic editorand then update with your script counter of your own...
