It would be appropriate for a Baptist minister of a Baptist church to participate in baptism by baptising others, or also by being baptised himself.
Answer by wallaby78 (2293)
Yes, the minister usually has been baptized at some point in the past, and he often administers baptism to other members of the church. He will wade into the water with the participant.

No. Before you can become a Minister in the baptist church, you must have gone through some stages one of which includes been baptised.
