Yes. If a female dog is in heat and a male breeds with her, she can very well get pregnant. Female dogs can also get pregnant during their first heat, which usually occurs when they're between 6-8 months old. You should never allow your dog to breed or get pregnant this young.

Yes, it's possible if the breeding was done all the way and her heating was in the right stage. Although, normally breeders let dogs do it for a few days/few times to be more sure that the female will get pregnant. If it's an unwanted pregnancy, be sure to visit vet and find out what you can do about it.

Just like a human it's perfectly possible for your dog to get pregnant on the first try. Just watch her to see if she shows any signs.
