yes an 8 month can get acne. It is refered to as infantille acne. It is caused by lingering hormones that the mother passed on during pregnancy. The good news is that it often clears up on its own.

A child that is being fed breast milk can get "baby acne. " This is due to the level of different hormones the child receives from the mother through the milk.

Yes. Its normal for kids to get small pimples here and there. If its severe you may want to see a dermatologist, but its usually nothing to worry about.

No a child of eight months will not get acne. It may be some skin infection caused either by mosquito bites or some other insect bites. Just apply Johnson cream on his face and dont prick it.
