If the Army Review Discharge Board approved your case then they will upgrade it if your criteria meets their stipulations. Please consult them as to their decision.
Depending on the original characterization of the discharge, it may be able to be changed. You will most likely have to wait a period of time (6 to 9 months minimum) before they will consider it though.
