There isn't a such thing as talking babies. However, there are babies that begin to talk at an early age. Babies usually start to form words at ten months but every child is different. Children develop and meet milestones at different speeds. Talking babies are just in the movies.

Babies who are 6-12 months will have a small vocabulary of words; by 30 months they should be able to combine easy words. But eloquent, talking babies are for movies!
