Are there safety issues with the Pack 'n' Play?

There are some basic pack and play safety issues. One being the netting that makes up the walls of the pack and play have been known to fray and become a strangulation hazard after a while. The floor of a pack and play have been known to flip up causing industry.

I have used the Pack 'n' Play for over 2 years and have no safety issues. I have used it with an infant up to a 2 year old.
