Yes, you can buy 2-wheeled roller shoes. They were not outlawed by any governments that I am aware of, but a local government may have. Buying these really doesn't get you anywhere though. Most school districts and large amusement parks have banned them from being worn at their locations. Therefore, you can buy them and place them in your closet.

You can buy two wheeled shoes, but the two wheels will both be on the heel and not sperate. With one on toe and one on heal like a rollerblade.
