There are 22 formal fallacies. A handful of formal fallacies include appeal to law, appeal to probability, argument from fallacy, bare assertion fallacy, base rate fallacy, and conjuction fallacy, however those are only a few. There are many more informal fallacies than formal fallacies considering there are 38 of them.

No- you have Material, Verbal, and Deductive Fallacies. Formalism is only one framework to understand and classify fallacious reasoning- there is Aristotelean, Baconian, and many other digressions, including the works of Carl Sagan.
