Yes. They make jeans that have a tummy controller built right in. This is a type of elastic and is similar to a girdle in that it holds you in.

I know that Fashion Bug stores carry jeans called "Secret Slimmers" that come up higher on the waist and are stretchy, to disguise extra weight. If there are no Fashion Bug stores near you, you could also just try wearing a girdle underneath your shirt. They sell them at any department store.

There are several brands of jeans that advertise that they do this. Lee Rider is probably most reasonably costing jean that you could chose. There is also a brand of jean called Tummy Tuck by Not Your Daughter's Jeans. Look them up on the Internet. You will find that they are a bit pricier though.
