Yes, there are Estee Lauder stores. There used to be one or two in Vienna, Austria. I know that, because my mom used to go there, it was one of her favourite stores. But I am not sure, if it is still there.
In the United States, Estee Lauder can only be found in department stores as well as smaller specialty stores. That said, literally every department store will have an Estee Lauder section, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find. There are a couple flagship stores but they would be located in France, where the brand originates from.
