Are there disadvantages in using the Internet for everything?

Many people believe that using the internet for everything leads to a loss of interpersonal communication. This can lead to a lack of social skills in the future, if people do not socialize more elsewhere.

If it is for finding information, the Internet is a fast and valuable source of information. I would, however, advise against using online college courses since college is something that should be experienced. Also, the atmosphere would seem weird since you are studying at home instead of a classroom.
