What defines a woman as a lesbian is her sexual attraction to other women. While there are "butch" stereotypes, there really is no other behavior or quality that defines a lesbian. Some of them like to cook and sew; some of them like to hunt and watch wrestling. Some like all of those activities.

One can recognize lesbian women mostly hanging around other women, they will not show much interest in men. Some lesbians show masculine features in their behavior, body language and voice tone. They try to get physical by touching the woman they like. In social places they will find only women.
