yes brother there are many new fonts in adobe illustrator but you have to purchase them as they are not available with the original package there prices are respectively from 1$-100$

Yes, Adobe has included more than 80 open type fonts in the latest version CS5 of Adobe illustrator. It has very simplified cross platform font management. It also gives the advantage of alternate glyphs & extended character sets.

Any fonts on your computer will be in Illustrator, including the Adobe fonts. You can download free fonts online and add them to your system font files.
