Are there any dangers linked to convection ovens?

Well every oven has some kind of danger attached to it. But the thing is convection ovens don't have much of a danger compared to other types of ovens. For instance, convection ovens are just easier to use and they use less heat and energy compared to other types of ovens.

The biggest danger would be user error and forgetfulness. Leaving food in the oven for too long unsupervised can result in fires and a really horrible diner.

Not that I know of. We really enjoy cooking in our convection oven. Better heat distribution and shorter cooking times.

yes, possibility to get shock, if not maintained properly. Atn time of changing, allways, lot of danger is hidden. in any kitchen, it is advisible not to have convection ovens as far as possible.
