Well every oven has some kind of danger attached to it. But the thing is convection ovens don't have much of a danger compared to other types of ovens. For instance, convection ovens are just easier to use and they use less heat and energy compared to other types of ovens.
The biggest danger would be user error and forgetfulness. Leaving food in the oven for too long unsupervised can result in fires and a really horrible diner.
