Are the South Beach diet snacks a good way to lose weight?

I personally think that your better off eating fruits and veggies as snacks. They are healthy and have less calories that the South Beach snacks.

South Beach diet snacks are a good way to lose weight. I would also focus on fruits and vegetables. I would stay away from any food or products that have high amounts of carbohydrates abnd fats. Drink plenty of fluids, especially non sugary drinks. Limit snacking to once or twice a day, while only eating healthy food items.
