Yes. It is a good system to use if you have multiple homes you use as rentals. This way you won't have to carry a key to get into every house. You can just use the master key to get in. It is a good idea to keep a copy of the regular key around to easily make copies.

yes, Sargent locks Master keying systems are worth purchasing because, using this we can know all the building location. It prevents unauthorized access using documentation management and status reporting for master keys.

Master keying decreases the security of the locks. The increased risks aren't worth it for residences. Only use master keying on businesses, not houses.
